National child care provider survey
Since February 2021, the RAPID Survey Project has been collecting ongoing data from child care providers across the country who care for children under age 6. The core content areas of the national RAPID provider survey are experiences of material hardship, and emotional well-being. Our sample includes center-based teachers and directors, home-based providers, and family, friend, and neighbor (FFN) providers. Below are data for each of these core areas from February 2021 to present. These trend data are updated monthly.
Data & Methodology Note: These interactive trend lines incorporate the most recent version of the national provider survey data.
